This is the disclaimer section of my series, "Of the Earth." Obviously. I never state the obvious. Never.

First off, all recognizable characters that you've seen around before prolly belong to Marvel. Anyone else who doesn't look even remotely familiar prolly belong to me.

If you want to archive these stories, just ask me. I'm not going to say no (unless you plan on using them as examples of what not to write). I just like tooting my own horn, and want to know where to send people to.

If you want to use my characters, ask me. Expect a long dissertation about them. Serene, April, and Thomas are all based on real people. Personalities and all. Eric, Michael, Miyako, Jacob, and Robert are not based on real people, but I do have two brothers, a mother, a father, and a stepfather. That's where they come into play. Everyone else I made up in my twisted mind, being Jaden, Summer, Autumn, and Stephen.

Telepathy plays a part in my series. That's indicated by the sentences inside parentheses, and is italicised. (In other words, I can now read your mind. Really. Honestly.)

On a more serious note (right): These stories are not 'anti-Rogue' per se...but I never thought that Rogue and Gambit belonged together. She's too much of a whiny and angsty lily-livered no-good dork! She dumped my Cajun in the middle of Antarctica, and she thinks I'll forgive her? Never! So pbbbbbbttt! And to you too, Rogue!

I feel better now. Really.

The rating on these stories are PG. For language. That doesn't mean anyone's celibate or anything. I just have way too much class to write a whole sex scene, especially when you all have the dirty minds to lead the characters through the whole act and the aftermath. Not to mention my theoretical knowledge couldn't keep up with some of these people.

Oh, and it's PG because of an allusion to one really nasty rape scene. But I didn't illustrate anything. Honestly.

Continuity? I sneer at continuity. I laugh at continuity. I...don't have any continuity. I never could
find any of the comics around here, and so I had to settle for the cartoon. I guess this is all set
after the Phoenix Saga, and after the issue that gets Gambit dumped in Antarctica. None of this
Wolverine as Death nonsense either. Oh, and no O:ZT. That's a big no-no. I have nothing against Bobby or Kitty or Betsy or Kurt or Piotr either, but I just don't feel like writing them into my stories. Yet.

I am Wiccan, folks. I wrote these stories from a Wiccan angle. What more can I say? If you don't like that, there's always the Bible.

Oh, and I have nothing against Christianity. I really don't. Despite what some people think. Right, Peter?
